The cultural traditions on Mors are being cherished. This is shown by the exhibitions and collections at the island’s museums. The island has a prolific life in artistic circles. Many artists have settled on Mors and they let themselves be inspired by the people, the light, the sky and the interesting nature.

Take a walk around Nykøbing and see the many interesting sculptures, each of them with their own story. A folder of the sculptures can be bought at the tourist office.

Go to the movies, to the theatre, look at art in “Palæet” or visit the library, which also holds a big art collection by local artists.
