Museum's new exhibition is about the toy steam engines. There are both beautiful factory-made machinescompletelyd with equipment and boxes, and there are fascinating home-built machines, which it has required ingenuity and skill to build.

Exhibition - The severed head
Center of the exhibition is a large cut through turf covered burial mound where different funerals are shown. The experiments Morso Archaeology Association has done over the years with experimental archaeology have a large space in the exhibition: the manufacture of glass beads, ancient ceramics, wickerwork, etc.

SEAL WATCHING AT BLINDERØN
Half of the Limfjord’s approx. 1000 seals live at Blinderøn. The seals most often lie in big groups and live at Blinderøn all year round.
During the summer many tour boats visit Blinderøn and in 2012 the tour boat “Catrine K” will be one of these boats.
It is possible to eat onboard. Menu: warm smoked salmon with salad and bread. DKK 89,-. The menu must be pre-ordered.

AROUND MORS
Enjoy the impressive scenery as the wooden ferry “Stenøre” or the tour boat “Catrine K” takes you around the island. You’ll experience how the beautiful scenery changes dramatically from North to South. The lunch break will be held at the inn in Øst Vildsund. The inn’s lunch is either fish or ground steak and must be pre-ordered at Morsø Turistbureau. A picnic basket with delivery on the boat before departure can also be pre-ordered. Harvesting day
The harvest has many traditions and here is the possibility to see old ability, when many of the volunteers from the Museum are harvesting with scythes and sheafing. The threshing machine and the old mower are also started. You can have “æbleskiver” baked on the old kitchen range and there is folk dance among the flowers in the garden.
