The country of Limfjord is a paradise for cyclists. Here are fantastic possibilities toward an outstanding, rich nature variations and where you'll meet many lovely people on track. Some can be very difficult to understand and so suddenly Denmark becomes a big country, where the local dialects and the local culture are preserved.
You will start from the island of Mors where the local bicycle route is called "the Sunshine route", through it's raining. Via the Sallingsund bridge all the way to the western part of Salling, along Venø Bugt, Nissum Bredning and across Thyborøn Kanal. You'll reach the south of Thy and cycle along the landscapes where you can sense the whirr wings story. You will always be commemorated of the Viking's presence in the form of an ambiguous collection of grave mounds dispersed across the landscapes. Across Neessund and you will again find yourself on Mors - "Island beyond the sea", where "the Sunshine route's" narrow roads gives you a wonderful feeling of holiday and freedom. The trip is about 300 km.
